Brands at Hands conditions for a product to be returned:
  • Return should be within 3 days.
  • Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We don’t accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  • The following items cannot be returned:
  1. Underwear
  2. Swimwear
  3. Lingerie
  4. Socks
  5. Software
  6. Books
  7. Beauty & Fragrances
  8. Also, any items that are used or installed cannot be returned.
We can ONLY return your items in these cases:
  • If you received something you didn’t order;
We apologize in this case, if you received it from the delivery agent please contact us to return it.
  • If there’s any damage in your product;
In case the item you received is damaged, you could return the item in the same condition as you received and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • If you received a wrong/different item, size, or color;
In case the item you received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging. NOTE: ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN A PERIOD OF 3 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE. RETURNS ARE NOT POSSIBLE AFTER THE 3 DAYS RETURN PERIOD.
